The Bodymap app showing the week’s coverage: a body map with every muscle group shaded by how much work it has taken.

Know your body.
Train smarter.

Features

Everything your training log should tell you.

Log the sets you lift and Bodymap reads the week back to you — what you trained, what you skipped, what is climbing, and where you stand.

01Logging

Log a session in a few taps.

Pick the lifts and tap the sets in. The ones you train most sit at the top of the picker, every number is a stepper you can also type into, and View last shows what you did last time, ready to repeat. Cardio goes in the same log, in minutes.

02Body map

See what you trained — and what you didn’t.

Every muscle group, front and back, shaded by how much work it has taken in a true rolling seven days. Primary movers count as a full set, secondary movers as half. Choose female in your profile and the map draws a female figure — the same fourteen muscles, the same targets.

Try it: tap any muscle on either figure.

03Progress

Watch the numbers climb.

Every session’s top set is scored by estimated one-rep max, so any lift you have logged twice becomes a chart. The line underneath says what it means: up 30 kg in nine sessions — keep the jumps small and the reps honest.

  • Every tracked lift at once, sorted by what is climbing and what has stalled
  • Coverage week by week, so you see what you keep skipping

04Ranks

Know where you stand.

The same sessions, graded. Seven tiers from Bronze to Pantheon, set against published strength standards and scaled to your bodyweight — and the exact sets the next tier takes.

05Food

Eat to the same numbers you train by.

Log breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from over 13,000 reference foods, or scan the barcode on the packet. Set a daily target worked out from your own numbers, and Today sets what you ate against what you burned — resting, everyday activity and training.

The food diary: 2,015 kcal eaten of a 2,400 target, with protein, carbs and fat, and breakfast and lunch logged. Further down the diary: dinner and snacks, each food with its amount and calories.

06Weight

One number, honestly tracked.

Weigh-ins drive every calorie figure in the app, so the trend line and the burn card always agree. Log it in a second; the chart does the rest.

Bodyweight logged over two months: 84.4 kg down to 82 kg, with every weigh-in listed.

No catch

Free to log, private by default, yours to take.

Your log, kept safe

Sign in with Google or an email address and your training is saved to your account, so a new phone picks up where the old one left off. It works offline in between.

No ads, no trackers

No advertising, no analytics SDK, no third-party trackers. Workouts from Strava or Garmin are read through Health Connect only if you connect it.

Yours to take

Export writes a spreadsheet of every set and a full JSON backup, always covering the whole log — on the free tier too.

Scan the code, or open the listing on this device. Pro adds live sync across phones, your whole history, every lift charted at once, the next session planned from the gaps and six accent colours — but the log itself is free, and nothing you log is ever deleted.
